Fabienne Levy representing Tobias Nussbaumer

Fabienne Levy gallery now represents Swiss artist Tobias Nussbaumer. Born in 1987 in Basel, he develops a practice centred on memory, identity and technology, combining drawing and in situ installations. He uses fragments from his archives to create virtual spaces through animation tools and machine-learning models.
 
Tobias Nussbaumer received in 2011 a degree in Fictional Illustration from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and an MFA in 2017 from the Institute Art Gender Nature (FHNW). He received distinctions such as the Kiefer Hablitzel Foundation Prize in 2015 and the Atelier Mondial & Residency Unlimited residency in New York in 2022. Tobias Nussbaumer is currently presenting the solo exhibition “UNZEIT.” at Helvetia Art Foyer in Basel until 20 November and takes part in group exhibitions at space25 and Art Forum Baloise Park in Basel until 22 May 2026.
 
Founded in 2019 in Lausanne, Fabienne Levy gallery represents artists such as Catherine Bolle, Norbert Bisky, Rebecca Brodskis, Anjesa Dellova, Andrea Galvani, Tang Shuo and Yuval Yairi. In March 2023, the gallery opened a second space in Geneva’s Quartier des Bains.
