Norbert Bisky joins the musicians of the Karajan-Akademie der Berliner Philharmoniker for a unique live encounter between visual art and music. As the musicians perform works by Arnold Schoenberg and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Bisky will create a new work live on stage, responding directly to the music as it unfolds. The evening brings together painting, sound and performance in a spontaneous dialogue between two artistic languages. Alongside Bisky’s live creation, the programme features the world premiere of a new composition commissioned by the Karajan-Akademie as part of the Claudio Abbado Composition Prize.
