Alina Frieske’s practice evolves at the intersection of photography and painting, wherein she studies the relationship between public and private self. Using collage, she explores the multiplicity of information stored as part of what constitute our virtual identities.

This artwork is part of the series "Second Passage, 2021" which deals with the perception of the individual in the connectedness of the internet, and observes contemporary techniques of surveillance and data extraction.
