Biography
Ben Arpea  (b. 1989) is a French artist who lives and works in Paris. Born into a family of art collectors and enthusiasts, he developed an early interest in drawing and painting, shaping a practice rooted in a strong sensitivity to color, material, and composition.

In his work, Arpea revisits traditional genres such as landscape and still life through a contemporary visual language that oscillates between geometric abstraction and semi-figuration. Using vivid colors, textured layers of paint, and raw jute or linen canvases, he creates dreamlike compositions inspired by Mediterranean landscapes, architecture and everyday environments. His paintings evoke suspended moments between reality and imagination, inviting viewers to project their own memories and experiences onto the canvas.

His work has gained recognition through collaborations with international brands and institutions, including Hermès Tokyo, Acqua di Parma, Monoprix and Destree, extending his artistic practice into the fields of fashion, design and luxury.
